Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the high-level system architecture for our flagship AI suite, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize transformer models for edge deployment and real-time inference.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging AI technologies (multimodal, agentic workflows) and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical requirements into business value for stakeholders and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict data privacy and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and engineer scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
