Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy multi-agent systems using state-of-the-art frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.) to simulate autonomous workflows.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases, focusing on latency, cost-efficiency, and accuracy.
- Implement robust Guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI agents operate within ethical and operational boundaries.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical roadmaps and prototypes.
- Conduct research and experimentation with emerging AI architectures, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Vector Databases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Agentic workflows.
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Strong understanding of LLM concepts, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to handle high-volume AI inference.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI features.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
