Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Systems: Design and implement complex multi-agent systems capable of autonomous planning, execution, and self-correction.
- LLM Integration: Lead the integration of state-of-the-art foundation models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3) into production pipelines using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Agent Orchestration: Develop orchestration layers that manage agent lifecycles, memory persistence, and tool usage (APIs, databases, external systems).
- RAG & Fine-Tuning: Engineer Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and fine-tune models to enhance domain-specific accuracy for 2026 enterprise applications.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize inference latency and cost-efficiency for high-volume agent interactions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern web frameworks (React/Next.js preferred for UI integration).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of LLM architectures, Transformers, and prompt engineering strategies.
- System Design: Strong ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
