Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of core AI infrastructure and scalable neural network architectures aligned with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Model Optimization: Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models with a focus on efficiency, latency reduction, and high throughput in production environments.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the exploration and integration of quantum computing principles into classical AI workflows to solve complex optimization problems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers, conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Security: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure the ethical and safe deployment of autonomous agents.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust. Deep knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions and a data-driven approach.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
