Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and rigorously test complex prompts for Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze model performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement iterative improvements to prompt engineering strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of high-quality prompts and templates for various use cases.
- Conduct A/B testing to compare different prompt variations and determine the most effective approaches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI research to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer or a similar role within an AI/ML environment.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), their architectures, and their limitations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize model behavior.
- Excellent command of the English language, with a keen eye for nuance, tone, and context.
- Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation tasks.
