Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative optimization of prompt structures to maximize output quality and reduce token usage.
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, inaccuracies, or hallucinations and implement corrective strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to define AI use cases and requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries and engineering best practices.
- Train junior team members on prompt engineering techniques and model behaviors.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and AI model capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in Prompt Engineering or working with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM platforms.
- Strong command of the English language, including syntax, semantics, and rhetorical nuances.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automating prompt workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically about AI logic and data interpretation.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
