Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and custom models.
- Analyze model outputs to identify errors, biases, or inconsistencies and implement iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define AI requirements.
- Create comprehensive documentation and guidelines for prompt engineering best practices.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to measure the impact of different prompt strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP, prompt engineering techniques, and AI safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in prompt engineering or working with LLMs in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and machine learning fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
