Responsibilities
- Optimize AI Performance: Design, test, and iterate on complex prompts to maximize the accuracy, relevance, and safety of LLM outputs.
- Model Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to fine-tune models and establish best practices for prompt engineering.
- Content Strategy: Develop comprehensive libraries of prompt templates for various departments, including customer service, marketing, and technical support.
- Error Analysis: Monitor and analyze model responses to identify biases, hallucinations, or errors, implementing corrective strategies.
- Research & Adapt: Stay updated on the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and integrate emerging techniques into our workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field with a focus on AI or technology.
- Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in using and optimizing prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Principles: Deep understanding of prompt engineering concepts, including context setting, few-shot learning, and chain-of-thought reasoning.
- Adaptability: Strong ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to changing AI landscapes.
- Detail Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex prompt scenarios.
