Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design and refine prompt engineering strategies to enhance model accuracy, tone, and safety.
- Optimization: Continuously iterate on prompts using A/B testing and feedback loops to drive performance improvements.
- Collaboration: Work alongside Data Scientists and Product Managers to integrate prompt-based solutions into our core product offerings.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation and prompt libraries to standardize AI interactions across the organization.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
- LLM Knowledge: Deep familiarity with current LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and prompt engineering best practices.
