Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt frameworks for LLMs to ensure high-quality, context-aware outputs.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing, iteration, and evaluation cycles to maximize model performance and reduce hallucinations.
- Analyze user interaction logs and feedback loops to refine prompt strategies continuously.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product Managers to translate business requirements into precise technical prompt solutions.
- Document prompt libraries and establish best practices for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Copywriting, or a similar role with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Transformer architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation.
- Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
