Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze model responses and iterate on prompt structures to reduce bias, hallucinations, and improve coherence.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and product managers to integrate prompt engineering into our AI product workflows.
- Conduct rigorous testing of AI agents, chatbots, and automated systems to ensure robust performance across various user scenarios.
- Document best practices and create comprehensive prompt libraries to onboard new team members efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and LLM architecture to apply cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer, AI Trainer, or similar role within a tech environment.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Large Language Model mechanics.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to troubleshoot AI behaviors.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a flexible, remote setting.
