Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design, test, and optimize complex prompts for LLMs to achieve specific business outcomes and improve response accuracy.
- Model Training & Fine-tuning: Collaborate with data science teams to create prompt datasets that effectively fine-tune models for specialized tasks.
- Evaluation & Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and output analysis to identify biases, hallucinations, and areas for optimization.
- Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive library of prompt strategies, templates, and guidelines to standardize AI interactions across the organization.
- Trend Research: Monitor the rapidly evolving landscape of AI and NLP to integrate emerging best practices into our development cycles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex user requirements into effective AI prompts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or a related AI discipline with a focus on Generative AI.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Python and familiarity with APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
- Creativity & Logic: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think abstractly and creatively when designing prompt structures.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical nuances to both technical and non-technical teams.
