Responsibilities
- Develop and refine prompts to guide AI models in generating accurate, creative, and contextually relevant responses.
- Analyze AI outputs to identify errors or inconsistencies and iterate on prompt structures to improve quality.
- Collaborate with the data science team to categorize, label, and organize training data for machine learning models.
- Create detailed documentation on prompt engineering best practices and techniques for internal use.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models.
- Participate in A/B testing of different prompt styles to optimize user engagement and output quality.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in AI or programming is required. We are looking for passion and potential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
