Responsibilities
- Design and refine AI prompt architectures for large language models (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA)
- Develop iterative prompt optimization frameworks using A/B testing methodologies
- Create documentation libraries for reusable prompt patterns and best practices
- Partner with UX designers to align AI outputs with human-centered design principles
- Conduct red-teaming exercises to identify and mitigate prompt injection vulnerabilities
- Analyze interaction data to refine AI response accuracy and relevance metrics
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in AI/NLP roles with proven prompt engineering portfolio
- Expertise in Python and prompt frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and fine-tuning processes
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI development preferred
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) for deployment tracking
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
