Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompt chains and system instructions for various Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, hallucinations, or inaccuracies and refine prompts accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into production applications.
- Create and maintain a repository of high-quality prompt templates and best practices for the engineering team.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt strategies to maximize performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP and prompt engineering methodologies to implement cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) and API integrations.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including an understanding of tone, style, and rhetorical devices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and iterate on complex prompts.
- Familiarity with Python or other programming languages is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve abstract problems.
