Responsibilities
- Design and refine complex prompt chains for Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and evaluation of different prompt structures to evaluate model performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Maintain and expand our internal library of high-performance prompts for various business use cases.
- Analyze model edge cases and hallucinations to refine system instructions and safety guardrails.
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and share best practices with the wider engineering community.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in NLP, Machine Learning, or Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and transformer architectures.
- Proven track record of designing effective prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
