Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and test scalable web applications and software solutions using modern technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve complex software issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Agile Participation: Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- System Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or another major programming language.
- Frameworks: Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, and back-end technologies like Node.js or Django.
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex problems and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
