Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to uncover trends and insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise data narratives
- Maintain data quality standards through rigorous validation and documentation
- Support A/B testing frameworks and experimental design for product optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with remote work exposure preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
