Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional and usability defects
- Document detailed bug reports with reproducible steps using JIRA
- Perform cross-browser compatibility testing across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari
- Validate UI/UX designs against specifications and accessibility standards
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features don't break existing functionality
- Collaborate with development teams during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain and update test documentation in Confluence
Qualifications
- 1+ years of manual QA testing experience or relevant internship
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for defect reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent; CS degree preferred
