Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and protect against cyber threats
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Provide Tier 2 support to internal and external clients
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects and hybrid infrastructure
- Adhere to industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP and OSI model
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to complete 12-week paid training program
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
