Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement security protocols (VPN, ACLs, IDS/IPS)
- Document network topology and create SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues
- Lead network upgrades and expansion projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in VLAN configuration and OSPF/BGP routing
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS/DHCP
- Experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies (Palo Alto/Cisco)
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
