As a Network Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining our clients' infrastructure and ensuring seamless connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Diagnose and resolve complex connectivity issues and system failures.
- Ensure network security compliance by implementing and monitoring security protocols.
- Assist in physical cabling, termination, and fiber optic installations.
- Document network architecture changes and maintain accurate technical logs.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware and software issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (training provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including outdoors and server rooms.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to obtain relevant industry certifications (we support this).
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
