Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Manage and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless connectivity.
- Perform system maintenance including OS updates, patch management, and antivirus monitoring.
- Configure and manage mobile device management (MDM) solutions for company devices.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with data protection protocols.
- Conduct on-site visits for hardware installation and user training sessions.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows ecosystems (Windows 10/11, Server 2016/2019/2022).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users.
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
