Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols and monitor network traffic for vulnerabilities
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal stakeholders
- Perform network capacity planning and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification required
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with Cisco and Juniper network equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently
- Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided for site visits)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
