Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and security using tools like SolarWinds
- Document network topology, configurations, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network outages
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including firewalls and VPNs
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for complex network issues
- Conduct regular network audits and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or Arista networking equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
