Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale Generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models, optimized for the 2026 computing landscape.
- Lead the design of distributed training and inference systems to handle petabyte-scale datasets.
- Implement advanced techniques in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) to enhance model alignment and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Security) to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices, including model versioning, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
