Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art AI research models.
- Define the technical roadmap for Horizon 2026's core AI products and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate research into scalable production systems.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the global AI community.
- Conduct rigorous experiments to validate novel algorithms and machine learning architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI research, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR, etc.).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and technical projects from conception to delivery.
