Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, focusing on advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and reinforcement learning.
- Lead research initiatives to improve model accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance reasoning capabilities.
- Mentor and coach a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate research findings into scalable production systems.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing emerging trends in AI, including LLMs, multimodal models, and edge computing.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
