Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines capable of supporting enterprise-grade applications by 2026.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI models, focusing on NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices across all deployed models.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps practices to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
