Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed AI/ML systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and software engineers to optimize model performance.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring CI/CD pipelines are robust and reliable.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
