Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Multi-Modal LLM architectures tailored for 2026 standards.
- Build and optimize Autonomous Agent chains using LangChain and custom Python frameworks.
- Implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance factual accuracy.
- Conduct research on Model Alignment and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the AI division.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready LLM applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Llama).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and vector embeddings.
