Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI: Design and deploy scalable, high-performance neural network architectures optimized for the hardware of 2026.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the research and implementation of hybrid classical-quantum algorithms to solve complex computational problems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for FutureCore, ensuring alignment with long-term 2026 strategic goals.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end optimization of model latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with academic partners and industry leaders to push the boundaries of AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
