Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Design and implement a comprehensive long-term technical strategy for our core AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability and next-gen algorithms.
- Advanced Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference pipelines and ensure high-performance computing (HPC) standards are met.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with product and business units to align technical roadmaps with market demands.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Architecture: Proven track record designing distributed systems and cloud-native AI solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
