Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural network infrastructures for autonomous agents and smart ecosystems.
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Define and enforce best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and system security.
- Optimize model latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency for real-time decision-making applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex legacy and cloud environments.
- Mentor and guide a team of top-tier data scientists and machine learning engineers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, and distributed systems.
- Experience leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
