Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead research and implementation efforts in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product release cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in designing and deploying production-grade AI systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Strong track record of shipping AI products to market in a fast-paced environment.
