Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to define data requirements and deliver comprehensive reports.
- Conduct data quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of Python or R is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
