Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance logs and help troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Support the deployment of new software applications and system updates.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical tickets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting protocols.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required by the schedule.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn new technologies.
