Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital products
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to translate business goals into user-centric solutions
- Present design concepts to executive teams with clear rationale and data-backed insights
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing sessions
- Stay current with emerging design trends and accessibility standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-driven workflows
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile environments
- BA/BS in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
