Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide Tier 1 support for 500+ employees via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and network peripherals
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
- Complete CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional equipment pickups
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware installations
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must reside within 50 miles of Colorado Springs
