Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across diverse IT environments
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate ticket logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Implement security protocols and best practices
- Participate in cross-departmental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (AAS/CS degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied physical environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
