What You Will Do:
- End-User Support: Provide Tier 2 technical support via our ticketing system, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Device Management: Oversee the lifecycle of end-user devices, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, mobile phones, and peripherals.
- System Administration: Assist in the management of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other critical enterprise software applications.
- Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, ensuring high availability for all business operations.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security protocols and conduct regular audits to protect sensitive company data.
- Training & Documentation: Create clear documentation and conduct training sessions to empower staff with technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Configure and patch Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Support virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to upgrade network hardware.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and support tickets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.
- Familiarity with remote access solutions (VPN, RDP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
