Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and security.
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and mobile devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new software or hardware rollouts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
