What You Will Do
Our IT Support Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining our operational efficiency. You will handle a wide range of technical challenges and ensure our infrastructure runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end-users.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing database.
- Assist in the deployment and management of desktop environments, including Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Collaborate with network administrators to resolve complex connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Perform routine hardware maintenance and upgrades for company assets.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification is a plus but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote access tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
