Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Document technical procedures and maintain detailed incident logs
- Troubleshoot and resolve system outages with minimal downtime

Qualifications
