Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Craft complex, high-precision prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and custom LLMs to ensure accurate and relevant output.
- A/B Testing: Experiment with prompt structures, temperature settings, and context windows to maximize model performance.
- Library Management: Build and maintain a scalable library of prompts for various departments (Marketing, Support, Data Analysis).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists and Engineers to fine-tune models based on user feedback.
- Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are unbiased and compliant with company standards.
Qualifications
