Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across enterprise environments
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using industry-standard tools
- Implement security protocols and monitor system vulnerabilities
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate knowledge bases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier-1 support for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or commitment to obtain within 6 months)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associate degree in IT or related field (preferred)
