Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access controls
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues using diagnostic tools and methodologies
- Document all technical procedures, incidents, and resolutions in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and system deployments
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical system support
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and training materials for IT staff
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and Active Directory
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Valid California driver's license for on-site support
