As a key member of our executive strategy team, you will collaborate with R&D, product management, and C-suite leadership to identify high-impact opportunities and mitigate risks associated with the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Responsibilities
- Strategic Forecasting: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) to predict industry shifts and their impact on business models by 2026.
- Roadmap Development: Define and maintain the long-term technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and market demands.
- Executive Advisory: Provide high-level strategic counsel to the CTO and Board of Directors, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic visions to diverse stakeholders, including engineers, investors, and non-technical leadership.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global competitors and emerging startups to identify threats and opportunities in the 2026 technology landscape.
- Investment & Partnerships: Identify potential acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, and R&D initiatives that align with the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends with a specific focus on long-term (3-5 year) planning.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud Infrastructure) and their potential business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate uncertainty in dynamic environments.
