Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with business growth targets
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology scouting partnerships with academic institutions
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
