- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in forecasting technological disruptions and market shifts
- Proven track record scaling innovative products from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AR/VR, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies (patents, journals, conferences)
